The aquarium of Cattolica is located on the beach of Cattolica. "Underground" connections lead the visitors on a really fascinating trip, aiming on the knowledge and the respect of the marine ecosystem, offering the maximum of the emotions.

The bottonhole of the Aquarium is represented by the interactive experiences with the sharks.

There is a touch pond, where more than 20 specimens come to the border of the fish- pond and let themselves touch and the "face- to- face" with the sharks, the exclusive possibilty to dive into the big pond: 700.000 liter of marine water where 14 specimens of different species swim in compagny of numerous pelagic fishs.

The courses of the Aquarium are characterized by 70 exposition pools with more than 3000 specimen of 400 species coming from seas all over the world.
